Official Sweepstakes Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Prize sweepstakes is open to U.S. legal residents 18 years or older worldwide who has a valid e-mail address. Canadian and other non-U.S. legal residents must have reached the age determining that of adult legal status in their state/province/country of residence to participate.

  1. GBT Technologies ("Sponsor") , Max Out Golf, LLC, Equip2Golf, Inc., Expert Choice, Inc. (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”) and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, professional business advisors, advertisers; and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and members of the immediate family are ineligible. Sweepstakes begins October 1, 2007 and ends June 1, 2008.
  2. Winner will receive their selection of ten (10) dozen brand new golf balls of their selection up to maximum estimated retail value of $450.00 (as determined by manufacturers published MSRP at time of drawing). Prize will be mailed within sixty (60) business days after Sponsor’s receipt of the completed Affidavit of Eligibility and, where applicable, the Liability and Publicity Release described below. Sponsor will pay for ground shipping within the Continental United States and Canada. Winner will be responsible for additional shipping costs over $25.00 necessary to delivery prize to the winner. Prizes may not be transferred or substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
  3. Only one winner will be chosen. Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about June 1, 2008, by Sponsor. The decisions of the Sponsor are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon total number of eligible entries received. The prize winner will be notified by e-mail on or about June 1, 2008. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected notification. E-mail notifications do not constitute a guarantee of payment of any kind. Sponsor will verify the eligibility of the winner prior to awarding any prize. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release ("Release") except where prohibited by law, which must be received by Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of notification or prize, will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. By accepting the Prize and executing the Release, each winner agrees that Sponsor may post winner's name on a list of winners, and may use the winner's name, voice, likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements accurately attributed to winner for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion purposes without further notification or compensation.
  4. In the event a winner does not or cannot accept any prize for any reason within fourteen (14) days after being notified by the Sponsor by email that he/she is the winner, his/her prize will be forfeited.
  5. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of California, with venue and jurisdiction in Los Angles County, CA and all claims must be resolved in the courts located in Los Angles County, CA. By entering, entrants/winners agree; (1) to release Sponsor and Parties from liability, loss or damage arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and with respect to their acceptance and use/misuse of any prizes; (2) to be bound by the Official Rules; (3) that the decisions of the Sponsor is final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; and (4) to the use of their names and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in all media worldwide (including online) without additional compensation, except Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.
  6. The Sponsor, their parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, agents, and representatives" are not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed software transmissions which may limit a participant's ability to participate, or damage user's system as a result of participation.
